Real feelings
Sad Sally is great for kids to learn it's ok to be true to your feelings.
Lovely pictures and the gentle wording lead the reader to the conclusion .My granddaughter recently cried"a river"for her grandfather and was able to identify with Sad Sally.

Sad Sally is a beautiful story that was written for children but a great message for adults as well! Love the illustrations - bright, bold and engaging. I highly recommend this book!
I love this book and look forward to the new ones coming out. My granddaughter is 7 and she read it to me. She has had a challenge with being mopey and sad, so this was the perfect thing for her to read and then we talked about it. Great job Colleen!!!! xoxo
My young children love this book! They ask for it often. And reading it to them never fails to calm them down when they're upset. Can't wait for more characters in the series!
