I have found Lippincott's NCLEX-RN to be very helpful in studies. The med-surg, OB, psych and peds questions are very complete and broken down into separate sections. It is very helpful because I can go back to my weak areas and review the content I got wrong. However, a few questions in med surg and psych contraindicate themselves. There was one question where it was select all that apply and was not highlighted in blue. I felt A LOT of questions in psych don't make sense. Especially, for psych test #4 and #5. The answers contraindicate what I have learned in my textbook and class. Overall, I find this textbook a must have for nursing school. The CD is very helpful as well. It has tons of questions and tests can be taken according to subjects.
